Inspection Documentation
Official documentation of fire inspections is required by Arizona state law. According to NFPA guidelines, fire alarm inspection records must be maintained for no less than 3 years. Fire alarm systems, maintenance, and testing inspection records must be kept on file until the next test is conducted and for one year after. Spot-type heat detectors and restorable fixed-temperature system records must be kept on file for at least 5 years.
A copy of your inspection report will be submitted to the city upon completion by a fire safety expert.

- Verification of visual inspection
- Listing of any deficiencies
